Billing & refund policy
How am I billed?
Monthly plans start with a 3-day free trial, then renew automatically on the same day each month. Prepaid packages are a single one-time payment for the full block of months — nothing renews.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Cancel during the free trial and you are never charged. Cancel later in “Manage billing” and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What is the refund policy?
Monthly plans: full refund if you ask within 24 hours of your first charge. After that the current month is non-refundable, but you can stop auto-renew at any time. Prepaid packages: same 24-hour window after payment; after that the package is non-refundable and not prorated.
Can I switch exam plans?
Yes, on monthly plans. Pick another plan here — we replace your current subscription and Stripe prorates the difference, so you never pay for two plans at once. Prepaid packages cover one exam for their full term.
